Scrambled Egg
Breakfast Muffins
12 Eggs 1/2 tsp Seasoned Salt Pepper, to taste 2-3 tbsp Onion, diced 1 c Cooked Ham, diced or use Bacon or Sausage 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder 1 c Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 1/4 c Bell Pepper and Mushrooms, diced |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 12-cup muffin pan with non-stick spray or use paper cup liners. In large bowl, beat eggs. Add in remaining ingredients and mix together. Scoop a 1/3 c of mix into each muffin liner. Bake 20-25 min or until center of muffin is completely cooked. |
